These Shipping & Returns conditions apply to all orders placed through Bottega Alvina and form an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.
All orders are shipped by Outer Heaven di Mori Francesco on behalf of the Bottega Alvina brand.
Shipping Rates
All shipments include tracking. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and package size.
- Italy — Free Shipping.
- European Union — Standard €29.90 / Big €39.90.
- Non-EU Countries — Standard €49.90 / Big €59.90.
- United States — Standard €129.90 / Big €149.90 (customs handling included).
Countries currently covered include most EU member states, the United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, Chile, Colombia and Peru. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
United States: Shipping rates include the customs handling service available at the time of shipment. Any additional duties, taxes or fees introduced by U.S. Customs or future regulatory changes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Packaging and Delivery
Every collectible is carefully packed using protective materials designed to minimize the risk of damage during transport.
We strongly recommend accepting every delivery with reservation for inspection whenever this option is available through the courier.
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and keep the product, the external box and all protective packaging materials. These materials may be required to open a claim with the shipping carrier.
Refused Deliveries and Customs
If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned because customs duties, import VAT or other charges required by the destination country are not paid, the order will not be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Any return shipping costs, customs handling fees or additional charges incurred as a result of the refused delivery will be deducted from any eligible refund or charged to the customer.
Import duties and taxes for shipments outside the European Union are determined exclusively by the customs authorities of the destination country and are outside Bottega Alvina’s control.
Preorders, Ready to Ship and Made to Order
Bottega Alvina products may have different production and shipping timelines depending on their availability status, which is always indicated on the product page.
- Ready to Ship — Products are already in stock and are dispatched within the timeframe indicated on the product page.
- Preorder — Products are reserved before production or completion. Estimated shipping windows are provided on the product page and may be updated during production.
- Made to Order — Available exclusively for selected Icons collectibles. Production or assembly begins only after the order has been confirmed.
Estimated production and delivery dates are provided in good faith and may change due to production requirements, material availability, supplier delays, participation in conventions or trade shows, logistics or force majeure events.
Changes to estimated production or shipping windows do not constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle the customer to compensation or damages, except where required by applicable law.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Ready to Ship products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, complete and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Preorder products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Made to Order products, available exclusively for selected Icons collectibles, are produced specifically after an order has been placed and are not eligible for cancellation or return due to a change of mind once production has started.
Custom Commissions and any products personalised, hand-painted or finished specifically at the customer’s request are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code.
